Jiang Yanfen, female. PhD of Agronomy, Associate Professor. At present, working at College of Veterinary Medicine, Northwest A&F University (NWAFU). Research area includes prevention and control of animal epidemic diseases, veterinary sanitary science, molecular etiology and immunology, especially focus on pathogenesis and control strategy of animal diseases and food poisoning caused by Clostridium perfringens. Experts and reviewer of national food safety standard - procedures of livestock and poultry slaughtering quarantine and inspection, supporting teaching materials formulated by Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center of China.
