1. Resume
TONG Dewen, Ph.D., Professor, advisor of doctoral students, member of the National Advisory Committee on Teaching Veterinary Medicine to Majors in Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, member of the Education Committee of Chinese Veterinary Medical Association, and member of the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents in University. Member of the Teaching Advisory Committee in Higher Education in Shaanxi Province, the leader of the key scientific and technological innovation team "R&D and Innovation Team of New Vaccines for Major Animal Diseases" of Shaanxi Province, the leader of the Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Team of the "Basic Veterinary Medicine Teaching Team". He is also the executive director of the Animal Pathology Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, the executive director of the Animal Toxicology Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, the vice president of the Shaanxi Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, the vice editor-in-chief of "Progress in Veterinary Medicine".
In July 1994, he graduated with a master's degree and stayed at Northwest A & F University for teaching and research in animal pathology. He received Ph.D. degree in January 2001, was promoted to associate professor in December of the same year, and was selected as a master tutor in 2002. In 2005, he was awarded as one of the first batch of young academic backbones of Northwest A & F University, and in the same year he studied at Lincoln University in New Zealand. In recent years, he has hosted more than 30 projects for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the International Foundation for Science, and the characteristic industrial chain project of Shaanxi Province. The relevant research results have been published in PLoS Pathogens , Journal of Virology , Journal of Immunology , Journal of Biological Chemistry , and other journals, and have been approved more than 10 national invention patents. He was awarded the titles of Tang Lixin Teaching Teacher, Excellent Advisor of Postgraduate Education and so on.
