  2008年6月毕业于滨州医学院,临床医学专业,获学士学位

  2011年6月毕业于西安交通大学,医学院,微生物与免疫专业,获硕士学位

  三、研究方向

  本人于2011年9月~2015年6月在爱尔兰都柏林大学食品安全中心重点实验室攻读博士学位,主要从事细菌耐药方面的研究,博士论文题目为《产超广谱β内酰胺酶类大肠埃希菌内耐药性质粒DNA基因序列的研究》,积累了细菌耐药机理和传播机制,分子生物学和信息生物学等研究方面的经验,并取得了一定的成果。其中通过对16条分离自瑞士健康人群和农场食源性动物中的产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)类大肠杆菌的耐药质粒DNA全基因序列的比对研究发现,来自健康人体和农场食源性动物的耐药性质粒具有相似的基因序列,所携带的抗生素耐药基因拥有相似的基因环境。另外通过分子生物和信息生物学的方法发现,质粒不相容群分型为IncI1,IncN,IncF和IncB/O的质粒类别,可以介导产超广谱β内酰胺酶类基因 bla CTX-M-1和 bla TEM-52在健康人群和农场食源性动物之间的传播。基因插入序列IS Ecp1 和IS 26 ,作为重要的遗传元件,可以增强 bla CTX-M-1基因的表达和介导其在不同质粒间的克隆传播和水平传播。另外,研究还首次报道了来自健康人体和食源性动物的耐药质粒携带有相近的毒素-抗毒素系统。博士期间的研究结果首次报道了分离自瑞士健康人体和农场动物的大肠杆菌的质粒DNA序列,对瑞士人畜共患病和临床常用抗生素的耐药基因的传播途径提供了有力证据,对减少畜牧业抗生素的使用提供了有力支持。

  本人于2014年9月~2015年9月在都柏林大学食品安全中心重点实验室做了为期一年的博士后研究,在博士后研究期间,以重要参与人身份参与了多项科研项目,其中包括爱尔兰地区猪源性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的遗传特性和耐药特征分析,婴儿奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的检测和分析,奶源性肠球菌的基因分型和检测等。在参与的爱尔兰地区猪源性MRSA的遗传特性和耐药特征分析的研究项目中,通过对爱尔兰地区来自不同养殖场和不同成熟段猪体内分离的MRSA的基因分型和耐药性的检测,表明爱尔兰地区MRSA具有多重耐药的特点,研究结果为加强爱尔兰地区生猪养殖重点地区猪源MRSA的检测和流行传播机制的研究奠定了基础。

  截止目前已发表中英文文章25篇,其中SCI 23篇,累计影响因子超过70分,其中第一作者署名文章共10篇(累计影响因子34.78分)。
